You can use our website to order your repeat prescription but you must first contact the reception team so they can give you your CMR ref number. Without this number we will be unable to process your request. After you have received your unique number you can request your repeat prescription online but you must give us the following information:-

The correct name, dosage and strength of each medication you are requesting.

A correct email address in case of any queries.

Please remember to request your repeat well before your medication runs out and allow at least two working days for your new prescription to be prepared.
The local chemists run a collection and delivery service for repeat prescriptions. You can sign up for the scheme at the chemist.
All patients on regular medication should have a check up and medication review from time to time. A printed reminder on your computer slip will advise you when this is due.
To avoid dangerous mistakes we do not accept repeat prescription requests by telephone.

Please allow at least 48 hours for the practice to process you repeat prescription request.
