The Delamere Medical Practice serves the whole of Stretford. Our team includes 7 GP Partners, 1 salaried GP,  7 practice nurses, 1  trainee assistant practitioner  as well as our senior manager, practice service manager, medicine managers, secretaries and reception staff.

We offer a full general practice service and run specialist clinics for children and pregnant women, diabetes and asthma sufferers and for patients needing minor surgery.

The Delamere Medical Practice is about to be accredited as a ‘training practice’. This means hospital doctors wanting to enter general practice spend one year with us in order to gain the experience they need to become family doctors.

If you live in our practice area please complete a registration form available at the practice. Patients over 5 years old will be required to have a new patient medical with our health care assistant. The health care assistant will take your medical history, medication details, blood pressure, height and weight and refer you to the doctor or nurse if necessary. Medication will not be issued to patients until they have seen a doctor.
